Since the 18th June 2020, my game play has been zero. Chat doesn't even work for me, messages do not appear in the chat window. The only way I know someone has sent me a message is when their name pops up on the side of the chat window. Worst thing is, I resubscribed on the 15th June 2020 for 12 months.

All User rooms are Blank, all I can see are the people in them floating around, with me 6ft below the surface of the water.

i think that the responsible people (gizmo?!?) won't read this and therefore there will be no reaction to it. but i would like to know why it scares the responsible people so much when names of other games are mentioned? and why you are not allowed to promote your parties without being banned? there are lots of useless comments and spam -so: limitations = ok! - but forbid? - forbid fun? do the developers want to ban as much as possible in the game, so that the people leave the game completely? and at the same time the quality resp. the connection quality gets worse and worse - more and more game crashes and server failures. so it's no fun. and so you can also break a game. to put it in simple words: less new hairstyles - but more stable servers with more resources!

How about we get also information on what is allowed in chat and what isn't, instead of banning imediately. Get rid of the bots that cause bans without further looking at what was written there. I can talk about a competitive game and say that it is worse than 3DXC and yet I will be banned with no further ado. And also if it is wanted that we only promote our events in the locations list, TELL us GODDAMN.

Gizmo should also take care about the Offgang which is a main factor in all that dc's they even announce on their site for a 3dxchat bot and also have members you cant ignore because the button is missing.
