According to Trafalgar which one of the most accurate Pollsters in the 2016 elections. they state that most polls are understating or not accounting for the silent vote. Here is an excerpt

Pennsylvania was Trump’s big get in 2016. From October 1, 2016, to election day there were 23 Pennsylvania polls. All said Clinton wins except for The Trafalgar Group, which said Trump wins by 1 per cent (he won by 0.7 per cent). Trump’s second-biggest get was Michigan. Every pollster said Clinton wins Michigan (average margin of 3.6 per cent) except Trafalgar, which said Trump wins by 2 per cent (he won by 0.3 per cent). In the other five states that Trafalgar polled in 2016, it overstated the Trump vote a little but was 2016’s most successful pollster.

Trafalgar’s over-performance continued in the 2018 midterm elections. Non-partisan RealClearPolitics said Trafalgar was “the most accurate pollster of the cycle”.

Trafalgar says it has an innovation that detects the “shy Trump vote”. Trafalgar asks a respondent how they will vote but then asks how they think their neighbourhood will vote. There is a double-digit increase in Trump’s favour from question one to two. Two other pollsters are now asking the same question and getting the same result.

I don't think the debate holds much sway to who will win. It never has helped or swayed much votes but if these ones do I'd be surprised.

the obvious choice is Trump simply based on performance. You may hate his New Yorker street fighting style, but his policies have proven effective pre-COVID. No common sense argument he won't continue same. Biden has embraced and promoted the policies of failing States throughout the country. He will bring all those policies front and center nationally should he win. He has all but said as much. Also, if you have paid attention, Biden clearly has early onset dementia....I know this as I have had several clients i the same place. I know the symptoms. It would be insane for any American vote for a person in this condition for the most powerful and stressful job in the world. For this reason alone, you have no choice but to vote for Trump rather you like him or not!

Trump is personally a jerk who nevertheless has a very good record as President. The good record means much more to me than his lousy personality. Joe Biden looks to me like he isn't likely to last even a year as President, and the prospect of President Kamala Harris fills does not please me at all. I am voting for Trump.

is anyone facing my dilemma why don't do we have good candidates why are we do we have to choose from grandpas. Given the choices i have i am going to the polls after having several shots of Cognac. I am leaning towards Trump because i don't favor antifa and socialism and the current loser crowd that wants everything for free but the choice is not easy but given the crap i have to choose from I feel that the Trump will be better

There is a silent majority supporting Trump. He will win in a landslide. It's clear everywhere you go. I live in Chicago, IL and very traditional democrat area (blue state). There are very few political signs. Trump voters hesitate to show support. They dont answer polls. People are afraid of the violence...people are afraid to offer an opinion that doesn't fit the media narrative. It's very real. I voted for Obama in the past who was disappointing to say the least...but Trump has been a pleasant surprise...much better on fighting for American workers and foreign policy as well as taxes! The record matters but media doesn't care... Why should America fight other countries wars? And why should American taxpayers pay for it? Biden's family took cash from foreign governments. Obama sold out to IRAN...Trump was a successful businessman before coming to Washington and doesnt need this but fights for Americas sake while Biden became very wealthy in his 47 years in government.

Watching from another country, neither candidate inspires confidence. The US appears to be going through a transitional period inspired by wealth inequality, lost of faith in its intitutions alongside huge debt problems and a crisis of confidence in its own narrative. This inspired a protest vote for Trump, a narcissistic, corrupt, showman. I would vote Biden only on the basis that he couldnt be any worse than the encumbrant. A number of trends in play are looking to collide and climax in the next few years that will be a considerable risk to the system as we know it. For good or bad we live in interesting times and hopefully there may be someone in the following election who is actually able to unite the country.

The democrats and the republicans, in general, don't care about the masses and I subscribe to the theory that selfishness is good when applied properly. As Sol stated in one of the older updates if you can't love yourself then nobody is going to attempt to do what you have failed so miserably at. As both parties don't care, I focus on the policies that stand to help investors and small businesses and in that sense, Trump's policies Trump those of the democrats at least those of Biden. So I have no choice but to vote for Trump. If there was a better candidate I would consider an alternative, but Biden should have been put to pasture decades ago.

With the choices we have I will be voting Trump.

1) Trump has removed more troops from unfriendly foreign lands then any modern president.
2) The CCP will bring China to war in order to save face. The Chinese famine and economy will be the big factors pushing the CCP into war. The US will be involved. (This war would have happened with or without Trump. ) Over Trumps term he has maneuvered the US geopolitical situation into a much better position when the war comes. He has pushed Japan, Korea,India and (dare I say it) Russia into actively participating in the buildup. These countries are feeling confident enough to build relationships with other smaller countries that will also participate.
3) Trump has greatly reduced the ability of globalism to occur. He has accelerated our departure as the worlds policemen. It would have happened anyway but it is happening faster. This means manufacturing will be coming back to the US. Trump has a vision to create a more business friendly environment for manufacturing.
4) I want to see how or if Trump changes the medical system to free market. If he does not bring down the cost of medical in the US the business environment will not improve enough to keep manufacturing in the US nor will the US stay the “top dog”.

One final thought on the debates: It was a bad joke. Whose fault, Trump? Biden? Or Wallace? None of them. It is the fault of the brainwashed masses that allowed this pigsty to grow. When was the genesis of the pigsty, hell I don’t know. Every time I think I have found it, I find some action that was taken even earlier that degraded our freedoms and allowed a ruling class to develop. Over my 59 years on this earth we have been given more opportunities to educate our self's and yet I keep finding larger numbers of less informed and more opinionated people. AKA dumb asses.
