SCVMC Scheduling Guidelines:

Full-timers must provide complete availability for at least 1.5x the # shifts requested (20 days available minimum), as well as 5 weekend days per month. That means at least 5 full Saturday and/or Sundays. (These days count towards your minimum of 20 days of availability -- you must give at least 15 days of Monday - Friday availability to reach the required total of 20).

Per diems must provide complete availability for at least 2 weekend days per month. That means at least 2 full Saturday and/or Sundays.

If you fail to supply your schedule by the 15th of the month, 2.5 months in advance of schedule release, it will be assumed you are available to work any day of the upcoming schedule; thus, you are strongly encouraged to have submit it in a timely manner.
