VISC Summer BBQ 2022

BUT: We are still meeting up!
The VISC summer BBQ is finally back again!
The VISC Committee invites all members of the VISC to join us for a fun BBQ evening on the banks of the New Danube.
When: Friday, July 1, 2022,
Time: 2pm - 9pm (aim is to have food ready around 6/7pm)
Location:
Briggetenauer Bucht
What to bring:
The club will provide the charcoal, ice, some beer, paper plates and wooden cutlery (no plastics = Clean Seas!!!). Please bring along food for the BBQ, bread, salads, other drinks (wine etc) and last but not least good spirits and maybe some picnic blankets, sun screen and fun games to enjoy.
For organizational purposes, please sign up using the link below by writing your name and in brackets what you plan on bringing.
How to get there:
There are various options:
a) If you are coming directly from the VISC, then it is an easy walk of about one bus stop of the 20A line. See the Webpage for a picture on how to get there.
b) You take the U6 to Neue Donau and walk direction UN for about 15 minutes. See the Webpage for a picture on how to get there.
If you are driving, there is the parking close to the Neue Donau Ubahn stop.

Ill be joining only later (late afternoon). Will bring salads and some other food. Does anybody have Kubb (Vikking chess) at home maybe? I dont have it here in Vienna, but will try to get one in case, its nice to play it on the meadow.
