BSA/BSPC Terms, Conditions & Liability

Liability Waiver: By submitting this registration, I (the Parent/Guardian) certify that the participant is in good physical health and capable of participating in strenuous athletic activity. I hereby release **Bright Stars Athletics LLC**, its owners, and guest clinicians (Steven, Hunter, BSA coaches.) from any and all liability for injuries sustained during these clinics.

The "No-Refund" Policy: All registration fees are **non-refundable** our openings are based on headcount, your spot is reserved specifically for you. If you cannot attend, you may "sell" your spot to another athlete, but the gym will not issue a refund.

Payment Confirmation: Spots are held for **24 hours** only. If payment is not received via [Venmo/CashApp] within that window, the spot will be released to the next person on the waitlist.

Safety First: Coaches reserve the right to move an athlete to a different tumbling level if they determine the current level is unsafe for the athlete’s current skill set.
